At Citrus Salon, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all our guests and staff, we kindly ask for the following:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to accommodate other guests.
Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours):
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a 50% service fee.
No-Shows:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. Multiple no-shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.
Running Late?
We understand that life happens. If you are more than 10-15 minutes late, we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment to avoid overlapping with other clients.
